How I can help

I understand that life can present significant challenges. I support people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to cope with what’s happening. Many of my clients struggle with the effects of trauma, strong self‑criticism, emotional shutdown, or feeling stuck in old patterns. My calm, steady, and client‑led approach is designed to help you feel more grounded, understood, and find your own solutions to move through your days with a bit more ease and confidence. We offer both online and in-person sessions to suit your needs.

My Approach

I've been working as a therapist in the Motueka Community since 2009, but have lived here since 1996.  I am well connected with local support services.

That's why I focus on stabilisation, clarity, and practical routines that feel achievable. My role is to help you feel understood, grounded, and supported as you make sense of your experiences and move toward change at a pace that feels manageable.
